In property, Mahanusa manages Pacific Place Jakarta and Equity Tower (Under Construction), both located in Jakarta’s Sudirman CBD. In Sangau, West Kalimantan, there is Mahanusa’s Green Field, Palm Oil Plantation Project, PT Sepanjang inti Surya Utama 2. Besides those, Mahanusa also manages formaldehyde and adhesives industry named PT Sumalindo Mitra Resindo (SMR) and also a World-Class Gummy Candy producer PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum assets managers.
